Polices, Terms of Agreements and Terms and Conditions
Please read ALL policies and terms if you are joining the network or purchasing a banner ad. After you read ALL the terms and policies, you can select the action you are trying to perform at the bottom of the page. If you have questions about any of the policies, DO NOT agree to any of them. Contact coordiantor first at rose.studio6@yahoo.com . Once your questions are satisfied, you can return here and select an option.
Polices (For form submission and banner ads)
- PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account click here to get one, or you can pay a a PayPal guest.
- All ads must be reviewed by the client and approved before going into rotation.
- Attempts for approval will only be made three times. After the third unapproved attempt, Studio6 reserves the right to reject the submission.
- The $5 processing fee you paid when you submitted a request is NON-refundable even if the ad is rejected during the approval process. The purchase of the ad space is also non-refundable.
- All sites that request banner ads must be approved and adhere to the Terms and Agreements. . Approval period can take up to, but no more than 5 days. Ads may be shortened to accommodate banner size.
- Inappropriate, sexually offensive, racially offensive or abusive language will not be tolerated or approved.
- Ad run time is approximant to the day that the add goes up on our sites by 30 days. You will be notified by e-mail one week before your ad is to stop running. At that time you may elect to renew your banner.
- Renewal of an ad identified as "currently running" will NOT require a submission fee to renew your ad. However the ad space itself WILL require repurchase.
Terms And Agreements
By purchasing an add banner on this network or requesting to submit a banner, you agree to, acknowledge and meet the following:
1. Sites Requesting ads must be approved. Approval time may take up to 5 business days. Once ad is compiled you will be notified for approval no more than three times. Ads unapproved by submittor will not go into rotation. Submission Form Fee is non-refundable.
2. Your ad will appear in a rotation. Meaning, it will not be a solitary ad, but will be included in a banner presentation featuring other business or websites.
3. There are no refunds on ads as they are submitted to the submittor for approval before being added to rotation. The $5 Banner Ad Request Form fee is non-refundable.
4. You have indicated that you run a reputable site.
5. You have indicated that your agree with Studio6Networks definition of "Reputable" meaning:
You do not advocate or promote child pornography; any type of pornography; adult products or content; abusive language, dialogue or photographic material including photos, videos and/or podcast that is offensive, degrating, abusive or violent.;
You do not advocate or promote the abuse of children, women, different ethnic or religious backgrounds, the elderly animals, homosexuals or persons of transgerder classification.
You do not advocate or advertise the sale of, promotion of, or products pertaining to alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs or substances;
Racial, gender or age specific, anti-religious or culturally offensive material that is deemed offensive or violates civil rights terms are not portrayed on your site. Any submissions containing the before mentioned material will NOT be accepted.
6. Any material that is considered offensive by the site coordinator that is not listed above will also be rejected.
7. You must have valid contact information.
8. Site coordinator maintains the right to request more information by e-mail on contact including phone number.
9. You may be required to set up a PayPal account. Coordinator will NEVER request credit or bank card information via e-mail or phone. Personal checks, cashier checks or money orders will NOT be accepted.
10. If by e-mail you request that a banner you have already created be submitted, if approved, it is subject to the same terms above. (This effective as of 10-26-2011 we are NOT currently honoring submissions of pre-made banners!)
Terms and Conditions
By requesting to join our network you acknowledge the following:
1. The terms "We, us, our and network" pertain to Studio6Network and its affiliates, Circleofbelivers.com and Midway Independent Christian Church. The terms "You, yours and site" may or may not refer to you as the person submitting the site for approval. However it does refer to the business the website is linked to and the contents of the site itself.
2. You have indicated you run a reputable site as viewed by us and our affiliates. Reputable sites meet the following guidelines:
You do not advoate or promote child pornography; any type of pornography; adult products or content; abusive language, dialogue or photographic material including photos, videos and/or podcast that is offensive, degrating, abusive or violent.;
You do not advocate or promote the abuse of children, women, different ethnic or religious backgrounds, the elderly animals, homosexuals or persons of transgerder classification.
You do not advocate or advertise the sale of, promotion of, or products pertaining to alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs or substances;
Racial, gender or age specific, anti-religious or culturally offensive material that is deemed offensive or violates civil rights terms are not portrayed on your site. Any submissions containing the before mentioned material will NOT be accepted.
3. Any material that is considered offensive by the site coordinator that is not listed above will also be rejected.
4. You inidcated that you have valid contact information.
5. Site coordinator maintains the right to request more information by e-mail on contact including phone number. Only requests to repurchase forms or banners due to declined payment type will be sent by coordinatore. You will NOT be asked to provide account numbers or information via e-mail or phone call.
6. As specified in the Network Application form by (*), there is currently no fee to join the network nor are there any dues required to join the network as of October 26, 2011. This is subject to change at any time based on participation, resources invested and advancement of the network. Should a fee be required you will be notified by e-mail and said fees and/dues will not exceed $10.
7. Afore mentioned fees and/or dues ,should they be required in the future, does not include banner cost and banner request form submission fees.
8. Not having a religious affiliation does not impact whether or not your site is approved for the Network. Only the content of the site not meeting requirements to be reputable or those that do not align with general standards of good business and moral code of conduct will be rejected. Sites that do not complete the network by content may also be rejected.
9. Any changes, amendments, additions or removal of any of these terms will be sent to you via e-mail.
10. These terms are subject to change at any time and Studio6Network and its affiliates, Circleofbelievers.com and the Midway Independent Christian Church reserve the right to do so.
